Always good and reliable service.

Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. Everyone is always so wonderful here, they go out of their way to make sure my mom and I are comfortable. Also picked up something ordered in parts. The gentlemen there are wonderfully helpful, especially Don. Cannot say enough about Larry, Tracy, and Denise. It really is an outstanding dealership!

The associate was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns. The wait time was great not too long.

Leon did a fantastic job through out the entire experience, but pulled me in with a quote for $339 roughly for a monthly payment. spray in bedliner and all the other things i had asked for . when the deal was ready for the final paperwork my payments went to $369 the truck had no spray in bed liner , after you talked me into car wash, extra key and tire insurance, and my payments are $399 per month. none of my apps work, car wash gmc rewards, i have no idea what % my loan is!!!

This is a great dealership with a team that's always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Every visit has been a positive experience. Andy, the Service Manager, is especially great—professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help out. They currently service my 2025 Hummer EV and in the past my GMC Denali. Service is always a 10+. I highly recommend this dealership

Traci in the service department was awesome as usual. I dropped my truck off overnight on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. She called me several times to keep me informed of the issue and its repair. She even made sure I had the truck back for the long holiday weekend.

Under the management of Andy Koutselas, the service department runs beautifully. The Customer gets updates, applicable choices, time framers, etc. Such a pleasure to deal with and the work is top notch.

Friendly and professional service

Unfortunately this experience was not a good one. We were a week without a car. I brought it in for the 1st appointment on a Friday morning and it wasn't looked at until Monday morning. (Got the call) It couldn't be picked up until Friday morning due to Thursday being a holiday (Finished repair right before closing Wednesday). The communication was very poor on behalf the service dept. If you knew your were going to look at my car on the Monday, why take it on the Friday 1st appointment.

I have always gotten excellent support and service at your dealership, first as Vail Buick-GMC and now for the first time as Bedford Hills GMC. This time, I had an emergency need for an appointment when you were solidly booked a week out, as I was leaving to drive to Florida in a couple of days. Angel Negron deftly squeezed me in for a very early AM appointment in time, and I was all set to leave when planned. I am grateful and will always come back. I am a GMC devotee!
